3 componentsA publishing system built as a custom WordPress theme plus two plugins. It ingests RSS feeds, rewrites each item through an AI model, and schedules the result for automatic publication — no editor in the loop. The hard part was not the AI call: it was making ingestion idempotent so a flaky feed never produces duplicate posts.

Multi-tenantA WhatsApp automation platform where each client company runs isolated inside one installation — separate data, separate numbers, separate rules, one codebase. Multi-tenancy is the part most small shops get wrong, and it is the reason this project is in the portfolio: it shows the architecture holds under more than one customer.

Multi-cityBrazilian municipal invoicing is a different system in every city, with different schemas and different failure modes. This platform issues invoices across multiple municipalities for multiple companies from one interface, which means integrating inconsistent government endpoints and degrading gracefully when one of them is down.

Runs offlineA desktop application for psychology professionals that transcribes session audio and drafts notes — entirely on the practitioner's own machine, because the recordings cannot leave it. Packaged as a single installable binary for people who will never open a terminal.

9 pages + blogA multi-page site built for local search: one hub page, eight service pages targeting distinct queries, and a blog running off a JSON index with a shared post template. Built so a non-developer can add a post by editing one data file.
