Built from your designs
We take Figma, XD or a PDF and build the theme. Faithful to the design, responsive, no "close enough".
Service 01
Custom themes from your designer's files, and custom plugins for the features no plugin on the repository actually does. This is the thing we do best and the thing agencies outsource most.
A builder gets an agency through most of a brochure site. Then the client asks for a directory with filters, a quoting form that calculates, a custom post type with real relationships, or a dashboard only logged-in members see — and suddenly the project needs someone who writes PHP. That is the call we get.
A theme built from your design files, not a premium theme reskinned. Blocks and fields defined for the content the client really has. Plugins written for one job, with no upsell nags and no dependency on a vendor who might vanish. And code a different developer can read in two years, because eventually one will.
What's included
We take Figma, XD or a PDF and build the theme. Faithful to the design, responsive, no "close enough".
Custom functionality as a proper plugin — so it survives a theme change and can be read later.
Gutenberg blocks and field groups shaped around what editors actually publish, so the client can work alone.
Real content modelling: relationships, archives and queries that stay fast as the content grows.
Query cleanup, asset discipline, caching. Usually the fix is removing things, not adding a plugin.
Host to host, or builder to custom theme, with redirects mapped so the SEO survives.
How it runs
Step 01
You send the designs and what the site has to do. We ask the rest in writing.
Step 02
Approach, inclusions, exclusions, fixed price, delivery date. You approve before we start.
Step 03
Progress in your tracker. A staging link you can click at any point.
Step 04
Recorded walkthrough, three rounds of revisions, code in your repository.
Questions
We can fix and extend them, but we will usually tell you honestly when the builder is the problem rather than the symptom. Rebuilding as a custom theme is sometimes cheaper than fighting one for another year.
Yes, with a caveat: we need to read it first. We will quote a short paid audit before committing to a price, because quoting legacy code blind is how both sides lose.
No. We sign your NDA, we never contact your client, and the code goes to your repository under your brand.
4 to 5 business days from the moment we have the content and the design. A 5 to 8 page site is about a week on the same condition.
Send the brief. You get a written scope with a fixed price and a date — no call required to find out what it costs.
